In mechanical system, single-line transmission can get power by one motor and suitable transmission. Multi-line Transmission may need more motor and more transmission because the speed of each line is different. It not only causes energy waste, but also reduces driving accuracy and reliability for each line's transmission, and make maintenance difficult.In this paper the system of passage has been described. As to be Multi-line transmission, the Motion Power Distribution Box has been designed to distribute power to Dial Wheel Freight System and Chain Filed System to realize synchronous operation of each line' mechanical transmission. It has advantages such as high accuracy and high reliability of mechanical transmission. According to given parameters, the physical design and calculation to Motion Power Distribution Box has been applied by using Solid Edge software to make 3D solid design and virtual assembly, and simulate the working situation of two transmission line synchronous operation drive by single motor of the machine truly by motion simulation to meet the design objective and get real animation. Then the 3D model is transformed 2D engineering drawings by software, it can avoid the mistakes such as dimension inconsistent,odd line,omit line etc in 2D engineering drawing. Finally the dimensioning and the technical requirements notation has been added according to National Standards in AutoCAD to get the part drawings of main parts and the assembly drawing of the Motion Power Distribution Box.
