| Concurrent Engineering and Agile Manufacturing are essential manufacturing manners in the 21 st century.Network Supported Collaborative Design(NSCD) is an important part of Concurrent Engineering.It enables designers,manufacturers,and users to participate in the design at different places synchronously or asynchronously.With its help,the development cycle of the product can be shortened,the cost of product development can be cut,and the quality of the product can be improved.Research on real time collaborative design is a hot topic among the topics in NSCD.It is hard to realize the Real time Collaborative Design due to the limitation of network bandwidth and some other reasons over Internet.A Real time Collaborative Design System is constructed with complete distribution construction and concentrated distribution construction with SQL2000 establishment of a unified network graphics database,the operating information of designers record in the database,the system establish communication between designers and transmits the operational information of designers.It triggered receiver module and read information from database to achieve drawing,when it received information.While it reduces the load of network in collaborative design to meet the requirement of real-time and enhances the capacity of rapid response and stability of the Major work in this study is as follows:①Has studied the network support coordination design system model, the working pattern and classifies and proposed this article uses NSCD model and working pattern.②Second Development on AutoCAD2005,enhances the communication of network in the way collaborative data can interactive through Internet.Monitoring designers command and constructing the data processing module with VBA.③Withdraws the DXF graphic file construction coordination design entity information format,in the data segment contains the entity the complete data message.④Has carried on a point-to-point real-time coordination design experiment. |
