The Design And Implementation For Postal News Information System Based On Struts

With the advancement of the reform of cultural system and the requirement of the rapid development of news medium industry of Post, postal newspapering have developed collectivized gradually referring to the coformity of news resource and the cooperative of news processing, especially high effective management of the contribution processing. Most current management system have some problems, such as inconvenience of news gathering for grass roots, weakness of applicability, expansibility and security.The paper studies"News Information Management System", elaborates on the design theory and implementation technique, analyzes information gathering and editing flow and news composition flow which refer to the traditional newspapering collectivized business. We set up a model of news composition flow with the way of formalization. The paper finished the system design, function design and database design, and put emphasis on the implementaion procedure of gathering module, processing module, decision analysis module and daily management module, and also gave some demonstrations of segment interface. At last, testing design and testing report are proposed.The testing and practical effect show that the system has some advantages as follows: in favor of the resource conformity and the cooperative composition of news of traditional newspapering to advance the core-competitiveness of postal news .Next, we will add mobile work function and add an support to wireless application system to make the system more perfect, more advantage and more mobility.
