Image target tracking has a wide variety of applications, such as flight test, robotics navigation, as the digital image technology and high-speed photography equipment developing. The software development in the image target tracking domain is promoted too.This study is based on the actual project demand in the domain of aviation flight test. It puts forward a domain specific software architecture, using domain-oriented analysis and design technology. The main research results are: a domain feature-model and an architecture are proposed; the class diagram about the architecture using MVC model is implementated; the configuration generator is implementated. By the research, the problem of reusing architecture and components is solved well, time is reduced, and efficiency is improved, in the process of developing target tracking software system.A correlation tracking method combining multi-trackpoint, taking Kalman filter as forecaster, is proposed, based on analyzing the universal correlation tracking methods. The experiment shows that this method heightens the probability of success, guaranteeing the stability of tracking.The development process and result of the image target tracking software system in the domain of aviation flight test is introduced. This system reused the architecture and components.The reuse efforts of software architecture and components are proved by reusable receipts analysis methods.
