The modern information storage system,characterized by its high speed,large capacity,high density,low power consumption and low cost,is one of the most important part in the application of high speed data collection.It mainly includes the control and management of the storage and the data access. In the face of so much data, it is the best choice to storage them in the PC. Now Universal Serial Bus(USB) which was brought forward by Microsoft and Intel reaches the speed of 480Mb/s, it can achieve the target of the system design.This article using large capacity storage chip-FLASH,with FPGA as the processor of storage array,successfully achieved the storage of high speed and real time data during the data collection,read the data of the system and finish the control of system via USB2.0 bus.Firstly,the compose of whole storage system is introduced here,then USB2.0 bus have been discussed in this paper including the selecting of the bus chip,the hardware and firmware designing,the WDM driver designing and the problem during the debug and its solution.Finally,the debug result of the system is discussed. The system is with practicability and generality.
