With the rapid development of science and technology, Engineering systems related to the subject areas are also expanding, Covering areas such as mechanism, Electronic control, hydraulic pressure, electric, Computer network and so on. at the present time,Modeling and simulation technology has become An effective tool to support the development of engineering systems. However, Different disciplines often have a unique modeling and simulation software, as a result of Historical reasons, use habit, experience accumulation and characteristics of different areas of modeling, they can not be compatible, this paper With a focus on realtime simulation applications which base on FMI, implement compatibility between a variety of simulation software and realtime simulation system, The study results have important practical value.This paper based on FMI model interface standards to achieve the following two parts of contents, SimDesign which running on the Windows platform is the main control software, FMU model scheduling simulation software which running on the VxWorks platform is the running software.SimDesign is used as the main control software in the FMI real-time simulation system, it implementation of the FMU model simulation design, manage and control. It is responsible for creating the simulation engineering, loading update FMU model, and allows the user to use C/C++language to design the simulation model to generate VxWorks executable code. In the simulation of FMU model, the FMU model and configuration file is downloaded to the VxWorks platform through the FTP network communication.FMU model simulation scheduler is used to load the FMU model to the VxWorks platform, analytic FMU model configuration file, and call the FMI standard API function for the real time simulation. At the same time, FMU model simulation scheduler receive the control order, periodically upload target machine state, and send data to the SimDesign software. At the end of the experiment, this scheduler upload the recorded data to the Windows platform.In the last place, In order to verify the advanced of FMI standards. Through the establishment of the simulation model to generate the FMI standard model. Loading Model by Master Control Software, doing the Basic configuration of the environment, and downloading the model in the target machine in which VxWorks operating system is running to do distributed simulation. The results show that FMI standard can be easily and conveniently used by other realtime simulation application platform.
