Hence, we need a highly centralized data management platform for unified management, in which a computer can automatically generate the results.The starting point of this paper is for the current GSM network development of the status quo, for GSM wireless network optimization business needs to design a GSM wireless network optimization data management system based on GIS, which combines computer technology, database technology, GIS technology and other related Integration of technology in the GSM network optimization software, in order to achieve a unified platform for different manufacturers on the way standardized test data, maps and information on these mobile data combined with easy and intuitive to carry out data management, query, and a statistical analysis to help companies worked efficiently between the departments.GSM network optimization data management system platform adopted C / S model and based on the Windows operating system, using GIS technology to achieve a geographic data. The system can manage DT,CQT and BTS data uniformly. It used Windows 2003 server as the network operation system, SQL Server and MapX.The system is realized by Visual C++, TCP/IP.GSM network optimization data management system is mainly designed Module by the data management, query, statistics module, the topic module and system management module, and other components in accordance with the type of data and the function.
