Light Emitting Diode (LED), whose features are little power consumption, long life and so on, has widely been used in all aspects of production and life, therefore, it gets unprecedented care and attention. Except to get good effect for display circumstance with LED lighting sources, especially large screen display, the difficulty and importance of quality controlling become more and more prominent. Property consistency of photoelectric properties of LED is very high required, or else, some problems such as luminance, mosaic appearance, color uniformity, degree of saturation will be occurred, and they have direct influence on the visual effect, therefore, we must achieve automatic separation of LED, at the same time, The research on equipment for multi-parameters measuring and separating LED to measure multi-parameters(the optical, electrical, and color performance parameters) of LED rapidly and accurately is of great importance to its research, production, and application.This paper mainly studies the mechanical-electronics control technique of LED's multi-Parameters measurement and separation system, and does a lot of research work on designing for mechanical structure of the system, action controlling, and action sequence controlling. This paper includes LED measuring and designing of general structure, mechanical structure, circuit structure, software programming, experiment debug and error analysis.Based upon the work analysis of LED multi-parameters test principal and test scheme, the general designing plan of the system is put forward, the system is composition of feeding system, measurement system, measuring worktable, baiting system, and the design of mechanical structure of measuring worktable is achieved. In the hardware design part, the PCB board of periphery circuit for TMS320LF2407 processor and stepping motor driving circuit was accomplished; in the software design part, based on the chip of TMS302LF2407 and the software of CCS, the software system for separating LED is accomplished, and through serial communication, DSP chip get the data from measurement system and drive the separating system. At last, system was debugged, experiment error was analysed, and instrument improvement methods were also proposed.
