Development Of Supply Information System Of Enterprises Integrating Agriculture, Industry And Commerce

The integration of agriculture, industry and commerce is the advanced mode in regional economical development. At present, lots of enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce (EIAIC) have developed, which has accelerated the development of regional economy. However, there are many problems in these enterprises, such as shortage of excellent managers, inferior management, especially logistics management. The management is not normative, inventory of raw material is not balanceable, information is not expedite, and the logistics cost is always very high, all of which have blocked the development of EIAIC and regional economical development. Therefore, the high efficient logistics management of EIAIC is meaningful for regional economical development, and it is very necessary to study supply logistics mode of enterprises to improve the logistics management efficiency.On the basis of analysis of the characteristics of EIAIC and their cooperation mechanism, the supply chain management has been studied. Firstly, this paper expatiates the cooperation mechanism between enterprises and the characteristics of EIAIC. Together with basal theories of enterprise logistics management, the logistics characteristics of supply chain management of EIAIC have been concluded and the informatization situation of their supply chain management has been studied in detail.Secondly, a kind of supply information system of enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce is presented. Based on the analysis of requirements, the architecture and running mode of supply information system of enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce are set up. Researches on system architecture include system structure and functions. The system running mode research includes logistics distribution mode among enterprises, system workflow and business mode of system.In the end, according to the supply logistics management status and requirements of one company in Chongqing, a set of supply information system of enterprises integrating agriculture, industry and commerce is developed and applied. The result of system implementation in this company is good.
