As the deepening of the power system reform and quickening the Informationization Construction of the enterprises, China Yangtze Power Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referring to CYPC) as a large listed power company, Informationization Construction plays a very important role in upgrading their power generation and management lever to own core competence through information construction aiming at first class clean energy company. CYPC has established the corresponding information systems for individual business management which are running in good condition. But with application of information system and improvement of enterprise management, the issue isolated information island faced by other power enterprises occurs and becomes more obvious. The enterprise strengths core competence by means of enhancing the power generation and management lever and the enterprise information system is the one of the important method to improve a company's management capability. It is necessary for CYPC to set up a entire contract management system to realize information sharing and its business functions freely adapting the development plan in the near future by fully using the existing software and hardware resources based on current planning and contract management.The J2EE Three-tiers architecture is the most popularity computing model in recently years. With adding in application server between generic server and client structure, let's traditional Two-tiers architecture transform to Three-tiers architecture, thereby those questions is easily resolved, including business consistency,expansibility and isomerous platforms when you construct an integrated application. Using the ability of span isomerous platforms can integrate all of different applications to this architecture, so we can effective protect the investment of existing information system.Through relationship but correspondingly three tiers, XML data interchange technique, can bring the independent of interface display,business encapsulation,data pick-up. Utilize the tier of lowermost extractive data, you can achieve data interchange function of multiplicate isomerous data source, This will simplify the development of complicated application integrated system, so the integration of isomerous structure system become feasible.By adopting the matured integration technologies, such as J2EE Three-tiers architecture and XML, the ePMS and the Office Automation Systems used in CYPC for planning and contract management are integrated into EIIS. The rational and proper adoption of XML technology is the key for the success of EIIS.The following issues are the main studies in this article:①Studying the significance of the country's power enterprises reform on the information system construction and analyzing the information systems used in CYPC and listed the shortages and the exigence of the systems integration;②Studying the system demands, set the target for planning and contract management system construction;③Studying integration model of EIIS, ePMS and other business systems to find reasonable method to transfer and store the planning and contract information in production management system, , office automation system and so on;④Studying the enterprise integration technology and the framework for integration platform and analyzing the selection of computer technology for planning and contract information management system ;⑤Studying the interfaces standards in the integration system and analyzing in application of XML technology in EIIS;⑥Studying the realization of document inter-reviewing and approving and document modification marking in ePMS and EIIS and setting up the implementation model for a unified document database of the enterprise;⑦Studying application of planning and contract information management system and its implementation.
