Nowadays, there are many problems in the industry of digital electric meters, such as fewer functions of the equipment and lower communication quality. With the price of chips and wireless communication cut down, more convenient electric meters are needed urgently in the market. When I did the internship in a company in ShenZhen, the'Power Distribution Transformer Monitoring Terminal'I worked on with my team workers was a product for such need .The multi-functional distribution transformer was made by taking the advantage of modern wireless communication technology and the high performance processing slips.According to our project, this paper talked about the system design,kernel transplant,module design, systems integration and so on. It presents the Panorama of embedded system from the analysis of demand, system design and functional module design to systems integration, all of which are based on theμC/OS-II kernel.In order to make the operating system serve the equipment more effectively, the kernel was analyzed deeply and reformed according to the system. The Object-Oriented thinking is used in C programming to solve many problems of organization and maintenance when a large number of data are displayed in LCD-Module design. Thought analysis and design solve problems like taking large place and low efficiency. This project took the method of module structure and layer structure in terms of the characteristics of kernel, so the period of software development was cut down, besides, the stability and transplantability of system were taken into consideration. In the systems integration, this paper analyzed the advantage of incremental method and how to use driver module and determine the order of module in system integration to easy the test.Because of the combination of theories and practice, The R&D project was finished on time and worked effectively. Now our products have passed the strict performance test operated by a provincial Power Company and are being applied in some of the company's transforming fields.
