Study On Mass Communication Function And Message Management Of Cellphone

As a communication tool, cellphone can be seen as a landmark in the history of communication because it has been rapidly popularized since it was born. With the development of communication skills, the function of cellphone has expanded into listening to the music, reading news, writing E-mails, etc. It is becoming a modern multimedia communication tool. However, in the opinion of this paper, in the future, the cellphone function will become more and more intellectualized and humanism, a case in point is the hot 3G and 3 nets in 1 skill, which is a future trend of cellphone functions. With the development of function, the concept of cellphone has also been extended. Cellphone has evolved from a communication tool into mass communication media, in the meanwhile, it gradually has accomplished the syncretism with newspaper media, broadcasting media and TV media, getting into the field of mass communication. The huge amount of consumers and the mature communication skills make cellphone commence its industrialization as well as entering into mass communication. Some proliferation services quickly accelerate the process of cellpohone industrialization, such as short message economy, cellphone advertisement, multimedia message and music ring back service, etc.As a rising mass communicate media, mature communicate skills give cellphone some special advantages, such as use expediently, spread rapidly, unlimited by time & space and spread mutually. When accidents happen, these special advantages can be used to convey real information rapidly to the crowd, which can contribute immensely to the morale and social stabilization. It incarnates the mass communication function of the cellphone adequately in the message spreading when accidents happen. As a coin has its two sides, because of huge usage and lack of surveillance, there are some problems in the message manage. This paper divides these problems into two issues: social issue and technical issue. The first issue refers to the lake of gate-keeper and the message security; second issue focuses on the cellphone virus and the temporarily slow transmit of audio & video. This article is trying to solve those issues in the chapter 5, especially the problem of message content management.The most serious cellphone problem in our society is message management. This issue is caused by the blurry limit of disseminators and receivers, the lack of content surveillance, the rapid spread speed and vast overcast. The flooding and spam message has badly affected the people's normal work and life. In chaper 5, this paper suggests to build up a new conception of the communication by cellphone, and then classes the short message according to its good or bad effects to people'life and definite what the spam message is, so that this paper gives the suggestions of how to manage the short message from law and technique. Of course, no means can be used alone. We must use various means synthetically to manage the cellphone message effectively and give our society a healthy and orderly communication environment.
