| As a quick development of computer, software of teaching system has been widely applied and developed. Through this means, modern teaching method has been realized as well. Meanwhile teaching team should be organized as the expansion of college enrollment and fast increasing of the students. In order to ensure the teaching order, there should be a good management system. As one of important sections of school management system, attendance management system has been taken more and more serious in modern society.Nowadays, attendance checking hardware like card-machine, attendance checking machine and fingerprint identification system, develops fast. As a result collecting attendance data becomes much more convenient. Nevertheless, the biggest problem we are facing today is data analysis which attendance officer has to do manual calculation according to the attendance data. Gathering every kinds of data makes their work harder. On one hand, the procedures are various and easily to be mis-analyzed. On the other hand, an employee who wants to check the attendance information or ask for a leave needs to write a note, and then goes to the relevant principal, from bottom to top. Maybe unfortunately the principal is not there, thus the leave of emergence will be delayed. This is how the whole system works.According to these problems, attendance management system based on ADO.NET data visiting has been developed.ADO.NET is a strategy of high-performance information source offered by Microsoft. It is more convenient for the users to collect various data and make solving projects which can be easily maintained. It's designed for widely application of data control. It also offers a disconnected data visiting model which is extremely important for the web. Furthermore, it provides the tight integration with XML and seamless integration with .NET frame, such as compatible base class library type system. Therefore compared with previously data base, ADO.NET is more flexible and functional[14-19].ADO.NET makes us faster and easier to access various data. When executing a traditional master-slave application program, we need to keep the data source online. But under some condition, there's no need to be online. Besides, always keeping online will waste resources of the system. Sometimes we just simply extract the data. ADO.NET is designed as a frame that is no need to be online all the time. The application program keep data source online only when extracting and updating the data. Thus it can alleviate the load while enhancing the efficiency.Applying ADO.NET to attendance system can better control the data. This attendance system contains following function:1.Automatically dealing with the collected attendance information and counting the information of employees'absence and overtime;2.Calculating information of employees'rewards and punishment;3.All the employees can check their attendance information and ask for a leave through the internet;4.Principals can modify and calculate the data.This system uses C#.net as a tool in forward part and SQLSERVER in the backward part.In this study, we offered a feasible technique to the data visiting of the attendance management system. It means a lot to realize collecting data, checking, managing and backup. It also meaningful for establishing effective and rational attendance management system. |
