With development and maturity of TD-SCDMA technologies step by step, and the promotion by national power, the TD-SCDMA mobile communications system is going into scale application. On basis of project of wireless network planning, the paper studied increasing the coverage quality of wireless network propagation and coverage of TD-SCDMA system from the application perspective, following mainly.First, the main propagation models are analyzed at present, and some typical propagation models are contrasted in depth. The correct choice solution of propagation models is brought forward in the article on basis of TD_SCDMA technology feature. The traditional propagation model are suitable for the intensive population place, moreover ray tracing model's applicable scene is the suburbs and rural.Second, the analysis about radio linker parameters in theory are given. By means of the analysis of loss power for uplink and downlink, the linker of least loss power is choosed as reference, and coverage range of cell is estimated. So parameters and features of cell is get by these ways.Third, we present the simulation of the coverage about the wireless network of TD-SCDMA system. The coverage range of pilot channel is get by the simulation about the height of antenna, angle of depression, lever of reception. Moreover, the simulation of accessing business is done with the 12.2kbit/s,64kbit/s and 384kbit/s business of TD_SCDMA system. It provided that the choice ways of propagation models and the calculation ways is right, which will bring up some good values for network scheduling of TD_SCDMA system.
