The Analysis And Design Of The 3C Compulsory Certification Management System

CCC(China Compulsory Certification) is a national implementation of the compulsory certification system,which is essential to ensure product safety.The smooth development of CCC is related to the life of masses people of the safety,also,is a necessary condition of our country become the world's manufacturing.The existing certification management system is too much fragmenting and a lower degree of automation,moreover,it could not adapt to the rapid development of the CCC certification requirements due to a lot of work need to manually complete by the staff. In order to carry out the work of CCC Compulsory Certification better and improve efficiency,we design and develope the CCC compulsory certification management systems for better services for manufacturers.In this paper,we use a consistent process to analysis the various elements in the process of the development of the CCC compulsory certification management system,also we use the Unified Modeling Language(UML) to describe the system,furthermore,we use J2EE platform and MCV development model to design and develope the CCC compulsory certification management system.This paper discuss the process of all actors in the certification activities,analysis the requirement of the certification process, discussed the detailed design of system architecture and the information of core business modules and database,discussed the realization of the core modules by use the three-tier structure of the MVC,and EJB technology to achieve development process.The successful development of the system can greatly speed up the pace of CCC compulsory certification,improve the efficiency of the entire certification process,reduce the variety of information and redundancy of the conflict through the planning of flow of information.The system can insure the consistency of information and decrease of error due to inconsistent information.The system can be to reduce the whole cost of compulsory certification.
