Research Of The Security To Videoconference System Based On Military Communication Network

The Central Military Committee proposed the call of " Build an information based army, win the information based war" . Information has become the important factor in the future wars, so how to find out the safe information quickly is the key to defeat the enemy and win victory. From this, constructing Information has become the most pressing task to develop the military under the new situation and so it is both inevitable and necessary to construct the videoconference system in order to informationize the military.Videoconferences are utilized in military exercise, conference, training activities and so on to get clear and smooth optical effects and sound effects. In this article, we presents a videoconference system beased on H.323 protocol on the military communication network after investigating the standard of H.323. This system has the advantage of low price, flexible configuration, convenient control and easy extension. It can help army to adapt to the information war better.In this paper, the corresponding standards of the videoconference and the key technology of implementing multicast videoconfernce are analyzed. Moreover, we realize the data, audio & video compressing and decompressing and IP multicast technoligy. According to the special feature of the military communication network, the overall scheme of the videoconference system is DESigned and the investiment buget of the system is made. Meanwhile, the videoconference system must be safe and stable because of the confidentiality. Therefore, in this article we concentrate on the security which is the most important problem. Firstly, the most popular encryption scheme in military(DES) is introduced. DES for the existing problems carry out an in-depth study. We DESign a simulation of a secret way to improve security, and successfully develop as a core hardware encryption,which offers conference for the television system to provide a solid and reliable security and a fundamental solution to the problem of security systems.
