Aluminum is an important strategic metal, and aluminum industry in China is one of the dominant industries in recent years. China's aluminum industry has made the considerable development of primary aluminum production and the consumption has been ranked first in the world.However, the aluminum industry also is a typical high-energy consumption industries, as China and the world's energy supply has become tighter in China and increase the pressure on the environment.So,the aluminum industry is facing with the urgent task of saving energy and reducing consumption, recycling of aluminum slag is one of the links.China's aluminum slag recycling technology is relatively backward, largely manual, labor-intensive. There is no professional treatment plants and special equipment. Abroad is relatively mature, there, they have hot aluminum slag recycling equipment and specialized treatment plant. If the purchase of equipment abroad, the user not only has to bear a high price, but vulnerable parts are not easy to replace. The cost of maintenance is also high. For primary aluminum and aluminum processing plants tailored low-cost, efficient domestic aluminum slag recycling equipment is significance.In this paper, the use and nature of aluminum, the source of aluminum slag and its features were outlined. Domestic and foreign aluminum residue recycling process was reviewed and compared. The corresponding processing equipment abroad was introduced, particularly in hot aluminum slag processing Extrusion method ( "the press"), and for the process on the basis of the law, in accordance with a production of aluminum, through experimental simulation technology press, squeeze out the pressure and the relationship between the recovery rate to determine the design parameters . And a hot aluminum slag crushing machine design concepts and methods of evaluation was offered.This machine contained three parts: a mechanical body, hydraulic and electric control system. In this paper, the mechanical structure was drew, including the main frame, the pressure head, slag me, and so part of the cooling system, which were all gived the parameters of the size of the analysis and calculations, some of the heat, and other important parts of the choice of material was Analyzed. At the same time, the author designed a set of used gear and worm gear - tipping the worm drive clean-up match with devices to make it substantially more convenient in the process of aluminum smelting slag's cleaning.For the part of the hydraulic system, there are two options to design: two-circuit hydraulic lock and the accumulator for packing. The cost is different. And the final scheme should be chosen by the experts and users, whitch is based on fuzzy evaluation method. Pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic accumulator, and other components of the selected model and parameters are given steps and analysis of the calculation. The software of AMESim was used to simulate the speed, displacement, and other parameters when the hydraulic system was running, and the results showed that it could achieve the goal of the design.The designs of the electrical control system include control theory and control panel configuration. The principle and structure of PLC was introduced, giving the electrical control system PLC transformation. It has high ability to automate operations, and the entire system of pressure and squeezed working hours can be adjusted, as well as instruments showed better meet the requirements of the process.
