Water Control System Based On CAN Bus Technology

CAN bus technology has been successfully applied to industrial control, automotive electronics,medical equipment,security,navigation equipment and other areas.CAN because of its excellent reliability and real-time,making it the most promising one of the industrial field bus and have been provided for the International Organization for Standardization for the ISO11898 international standards.This issue from a domestic enterprise,"water control system based on the CAN bus technology" issues to be addressed.CAN bus technology designed to be used in water control system in order to improve the traditional RS485 communications network performance deficiencies.In this paper,the author first analyzes the RS485 bus' shortcomings in the large-scale network applications,and the advantages of CAN bus technology.And then given overall system solution of"water control system based on the CAN bus technology".Including the framework of the network,software and the Program of CAN node design.This article focuses on the design of CAN network and CAN node hardware, software design,as well as CAN application layer protocol development.
