With the development of Bluetooth technology and the application in dailylife,people begin to enjoy the convenience that brought by the production using Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth technology make the communication of different Bluetooth productions with short-range,low-power and low-cost reality and the communication of local area network and wide area network created by Bluetooth technology possible.The production using Bluetooth technology have covered many field at present,for example:mobile,computer,PDA,medical products,industrial,automotive and so on.Now the Bluetooth technology is making innovation not only in these field but also gradually expand to other field.So,the development and the application of Bluetooth technology in the future is recognised by many companies and researchers.Technicians are now considering how to apply the Bluetooth technoloy in more and more field.Bluetooth works in the 2.4GHz worldwide ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) frequency band.Actually it's an opening global wireless data and voice communication protocol.Bluetooth transfer rate is about 1Mb/s and the transmit distance is about 10cm-10m(the distance can up to 100m if increase the transmission power).Using rapid confirmation and frequency hopping technology to enhance the anti-jamming and stability ability.The bluetooth devices can communicate without any special set,this shows the convenience of Bluetooth technology.Hardware in the loop (HIL) simulation is a real-time simulation method which links the model with a real automotive.It is more real and more efficient than other simulation methods.With this method, we can reduce the develop period and the develop cost. So the Hardware in the loop simulation has great practicality.The main work in this paper is to apply the Bluetooth technology in the automotive electronics HIL simulation.Analyse the correlative protocol and bring out two program to achieve the wireless communication.Choose the most valuable antenna for the Bluetooth module.Finally we apply the Bluetooth technology to the HIL simulation system successfully with a CSR Bluetooth module and make an automotive electronics HIL simulation platform.
