Along with the in-depth informationization's development of manufacturing industry, the products' design in manufacturing enterprise is developed in direction of whole enterprise oriented, sharing the overall directions. The mode of products' design is changed from the traditional model of the response to the predetermined design,which will require the enterprises to have unimpeded flow of information channels and improved the information processing system. Enterprise Application Integration is an effective means of patent information. Application Integration of CAD and CAPP and manufacturing information integration is the foundation ERP Integration is the key to the follow-up,therefore, the smooth integration of CAD and CAPP manufacturing information is of major significance to the further implementation.This thesis analyzes the disadvantage in the traditional information integration of CAD,PDM and CAPP,conducts an in-depth study in integration of CAD and CAPP,presents a loosely coupled message-driven integration solution which takes the inner applied plug-in of CAD as main module. The solution takes full advantage of the richfunctions that CAD provides,integrating the advantages of inter-process message-based integration technology,implement the CAD,PDM and CAPP's full integration which includes interface interactive, data sharing and operation sharing. The integration framemakes the internal functions in CAD can be called and reorganized as a service provider, accomplished the depth interface ineractive integration.The integration frame can avoid a second safeguard of large amount of data that may exist in conventional integration,also the loosely linked integrated application systems realize a "plug-and-play".In the course of the study, in view of difficulties such as application's plug-in technology, language heterogeneous systems' inter-process communication, data's transfer through interfaces,etc. This paper presents the corresponding solutions. In addition, it alsogives a in-depth introduction about the research of the agent based and message oriented integration frame.Finally,a example of interface interactive integration of CAD,PDM and CAPP is given to show how this integration technology used in practical and the results.
