| The PLC control system used in the Hydraulic Synchronous Lift System and the Auto peeling machine is introduced. The important technologies of the HMI(Human -Machine Interface),industrial flow, software and hardware structure and the control arithmetic are researched.The Hydraulic Synchronous Lift System is oriented to the reservoirs on the YangZi River. The system is divided into two parts-upper and lower computers. The upper computer used by Touch Screen is the HMI(Human -Machine Interface);The Lower computer used by CPU and I/O module is the PLC control system. It shows that the precision of the system is 0.2mm when it is used by GeZhouBa . It is usually very difficult to life the Miter gate with the old machine.The peeling process is normally used which material is about high speed steel, stainless steel, high temperature steel and some variety of high alloy coil and bar steel. The Rota table carbide can peel the centre less steel bar independent of any support, maintaining the original shape and promoting the quality of surface. But there is no technology of auto peeling machine belong to China. The system we developed has a friendly HMI(Human -Machine Interface), and is easy to control.PLC control system has a high openly structure, strong function. It can make up a system in a short time. So it will have a brightly future. |
