The rotating machinery is the key equipment in the electric power oil, chemicals industry. There will be some inevitable mechanical failure. Any one of a small fault of the machinery that may cause a chain reaction that may cause huge economic losses and even disastrous consequences. The research of huge rotating-machinery fault diagnosis has great significance of saving heavy money lose and avoiding disaster. The paper is based on the National 863 projects of "The research of supercritical, ultra-supercritical turbine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology and system" The system can meet the application requirements of the high multifunctional ability, reliability, low cost and the expansion of convenience features; An anti-aliasing filter methods was researched on the basis of the analysis of rotating machinery vibration signals acquisition requirements and filtering technology; FPGA was applied to the rotating machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system. It was used for data acquisition control and analysis and realized FFT analysis module;μC/OS-Ⅱoperating system was transplanted on the ARM processor and the main functions of software modules were designed based on the operating system; The suitable protocol was chosen combining the characteristics of the system after analyzing several communication protocolsThis paper's main contents are shown as follows:Chapter 1, First, the section expounded on the significance of research of embedded data acquisition system of rotating machinery monitoring. The improvement of the state monitoring system be brought up by comparing both at home and abroad typical advantages and disadvantages of the state monitoring system. The application of embedded system in the state monitoring system was researched combining the characteristics of embedded systems. Finally, the overall structure of the paper was given combining the project.Chapter 2, The typical rotating machinery fault signal and its corresponding features were introduced. The signals and its frequency domain of the data acquisition was confirmed by the former introduction. The technical indicators and function of the system was given by analyzing the theory and technology of data acquisition.Chapter 3 , The system's main hardware module was designed and analysised. The pre-processing circuit was designed. The performances of the three filters which can be realized were simulated and compared. An anti-aliasing filtering method was developed based on switched-capacitor filter. The two major chips of the hardware framework ARM and FPGA were selected by analyzing their characteristics.Chapter 4, The functional modules which are included in FPGA were designed. The control of the entire cycle of sampling was achieved by constructing of PLL.The data transmission of asynchronous clock solutions were introduced and compared. The asynchronous FIFO was designed and simulated. The FFT signal processing technology was introduced and analyzed. The FFT analysis module was implemented.Chapter 5,μC/OS-Ⅱoperating system was transplanted on the ARM processor and the main functions of software modules were designed based on the operating system; the suitable protocol was chosen combining the characteristics of the system after analyzing several communication protocolsChapter 6, All of the works are summed up; The future research is prospected.
