Design And Implementation Of The File Management System On Ontology Feature

Files are no longer just stored in a single paper form. Many files using magnetism, electricity, light and other media as the main carriers of information came into being, which produces a large number of files data. In the meanwhile, with the rapid development of our school and the continuous reforms of the education system, the file management becomes more and more arduous and complex, making the information files grow rapidly, therefore, the traditional manual management has been unable to meet the need of file storage and query transaction. It is the direction of the file management to establish information management systems in schools. It also has become a substantive leap and a fast development to apply computer technology and Internet technology to the file management.This article draws a parallel in the actual situation on the status of the file management between our school and others at home and abroad, designs and realization of the ontology features in a file management system.This paper also focuses on ontology construction and the research on the application of ontology in the field of file retrieval. The main work is as follows:(1)The article have been studied the ontological theory, including the definition, the classification, the ontology construction methods, technical difficulties in ontology construction,the rules for ontology construction, and the services related the file management.(2)Based on the analysis and research of the steps of the ontology construction, and giving the detailed process based on protégéontology construction in the field of file retrieval.(3)UML as a tool to analyses the business process of the management system,the main function modules and work flow, while showing the structure of the system.(4)The application of the Jena to the ontology,the application of ontology to the retrieval model of file management system, the file retrieval model containing ontology.
