Radio Frequency Identificationi (RFID) which is a non-contact automatic identification technology, uses radio frequency non-contact form of two-way communication to achieve the purpose of identification and exchange of data. The electronic tags of RFID systems with capabilities of reading, writing and carrying large amounts of data, and the advantages of a higher intelligence, is widely used in all spheres of society.First, this thesis introduced the basic concepts, the basic working principle, structure and communication processes of passive electronic labels, and based on the ISO/IEC14443-A agreement 13.56M, designed Passive RFID digital system under low power as the core, Second, in digital system design, we designed the digital base-band signal modem module, the channel codec error control module, data conversion module, interface module, encryption and decryption modules and a control module by a top-down modular designing, and get the size and power of various modules; Finally, Function Simulation of the various modules and the entire system of the digital systems has been done by using the company XC3C400 Xilinx chips.Digital system has characteristics with low power, small size, safe and reliable communications in the chip design label. Result shows that the area is 12001.230000 um~2, and the power is 173.4342 uW under adopting SMIC's 0.35 um technology conditions. Compare with the passive electronic tag number systems before this laboratory designing, this design of the label has been further optimized in the chip area and power.
