EFM(Electronic Fetal Machine) is an effective method for fetal growth and its safety. The traditional EFM often means detecting uterine contraction and fetal heart rate.With the development of technology,there are more and more methods for fetal monitoring.Partogram is a simple,practical,easy way for parturient monitoring,it can continuously take record of CD (Cervix Dilatation) and HS(Head Station) on a diagram.Through observation and drawing,it can easily tell us whether labor is normal or not and what the thing is after labor.Through Partogram,it can find abnormal labor in time,identify dystocia,tell how difficult the labor is and determine a proper way of labor,then for the purpose to improve prognosis of baby and the mother.But at the present,the two important parameters of Partogram:HS and CD.These two parameters are gained from anus check-up and cunt check-up,the precision is depend on the ation of mexperience of doctor,and what's the worse,repeating check-up will enhance the chance of infection,and bring uncomfortableness.In order to solve the problem,this text studies one kind of Electronic Partogram technique and its clinic meaning,this method develops the traditional technique,there are two more monitoring parameters in it and it can automatically draw Partogram instead of handwork,it has increased the efficiency and precision of monitoring,reduced work intention.The system can analyze nine kinds of abnormal labor and give constructive advices.Moreover,the whole informonitoring and archives will be kept for the purpose to supply a valuable record in the unfair lawsuit.Secondly,there is some problem existing in the auto graded system,for the graded result there is a big difference existing between the system and the expert judgment.The reason of the difference mainly comes from that the system's algorithmic isn't good enough.Especially FM (Fetal Movement) signal's recognition algorithmic is simple and there is some error exiting in it. Therefore,the author has done something to improve this limitation.The former algorithmic is mainly made up of filter,difference and subsection detect.For the subsection detect,it primarily judges whether there is wave crest or not,and whether the last-time is right or not. This text's algorithmic,is based upon the Simple Bayesian Principle,it is a kind of intelligent pattern recognition,and it can improve the efficiency through self-study.At the fundamental of statistic of the signal sample's character vector,it can tell a given sample belong to some type's probability,it is simple and has a high efficiency.
