In the process of delivery, it is necessary to monitor maternal and fetal physiological parameters, because dlivery is influenced by he birth canal?the fetus?the uterine action and maternity mental statement [1]. The size and shape of the birth canal is one of the important factors during delivery; Fetal head is the biggest part of the fetal body and its plasticity compared with other parts of the fetus, is minimal; Other part of the fetus can be delivery successfully if the fetal head can pass through the birth canal successfully; Uterine Constraction Pressure which is the main uterine action in the process of delivery, is mainly monitored through the electronic fetal monitor; Moreover, the successful delivery of maternal is also closely related to her mental state. During delivery if the indicators can't adapt to each other, or one of them is abnormal, may also lead to labor problems. So it is necessary to monitor maternal and fetal physiological parameters during delivery.Accordingly, the measurement parameters of cervical dilatation, fetal head orientation, fetal head position, pelvis measurement is the main basis for assessing the progress of labor at home and abroad. There are obvious shortcomings in the measurement methods of using measuring scale and vaginal examination[2]. The accuracy of the the measurement methods is not high and they are too dependent on the subjective clinical experience of doctors, etc. At present we only get separate measurement data of characteristic parameters of pelvis or fetus, but the relationship between them is in over our head[3]. During delivery if the pelvis and fetal can't adapt to each other, even if the pelvis or fetus is both normal, may also occur cephalopelvic disproportion leading to abnormal labour. However, with the progress of science and technology, clinicians can use ultrasound to reconstruct three-dimensional spatial relationship of the pelvis and the fetal head in his mind relying on his own experience, but it is too subjective and not quantitative results. To this end, this paper focuses on measurement method and visually display of relationship between heads and pelvis based on electromagnetic positioning technology. The main content of this paper included: 1 ? Research of locating and tracking technology and the selection ofelectromagnetic positioning device used in the experiments herein. 2?The research of tracking and measuring principle based on Ascension 3D Guidance medSAFE magnetic positioning system; The experiment aimed at measuring sensor error with supporting software: experiments show that its RMSE can maintain a relatively stable state in the space of 4-46 cm above the flat emitter and the RMSE is less than 1mm. The result fully meets the obstetric centimeter accuracy needs and it provides the basis for the pelvis, fetal head characteristic parameter measurement and positioning. 3?Feature point positioning based on the pelvis and fetal head: on this basis, this paper studied the measurement of relationship between fetal heads and pelvis which laid the foundation for its three-dimensional visualization. 4 ? Research of 2D image segmentation which is the basis of 3D reconstruction technology: 3D reconstruction of the fetal head and pelvis is still feasible which is based on freehand 3D ultrasound technology. 5?Study on the reconstruction of the fetal head and pelvis model which is based on VC ++ 6.0 platform,OpenGL and actual three-dimensional data: on this basis, the paper implements 3D visualization using the measurement method of relationship between fetal heads and pelvis. 6?This paper develops an iOS-based client software which can be used to display the relationship between fetal heads and pelvis: the mobile application can make their families outside delivery room learn the process of childbirth and increase the participation of labor activity.
