As the development of computer science and technology, the information period is coming up. The government put forward to the plan for the construction of the information industry and every information system, according to the economic trend. But there are more scales, so many relative facts and much information in the modern construction project. So it's a trend that the management of this project with the information technology is under control effectively. And the key point is how to make out the information system in the management of the construction project.This paper illustrates the project in the process, and plans the information management for this project all-around. First, this paper makes out the line after the analysis of the holistic business. Second, this paper is based on the theory of WBS structure and information, and makes up the function model of this project information system. This model combines every business process from the schedule, funding, program and contract management etc.Then the paper designs the framework of the information system, which includes the hard core of the schedule management, so it's the foundation for the set-up of the function model in the project management. At the end, this paper discusses the logistic structure of the database with the idea of above-to-below further. In the planning of the business data, this paper makes up the business model and framework of the information system, which reflects the data, is the core in the system.
