Nowadays, being a low-cost way of transmission, short messages have become a convinient way for people to learn information in time. Moreover, the service, from the information platform to the short message service of cellphone users, is also being developed rapidly. This thesis aims to study up on the design and realization of the Communication Module of the Short Messages Gateway between SP and ISMG.Fristly, it expounds the orgnization and the structure of the system of the short messages gateway. While introducing the function of the CMPP3.0 Agreement, it also analyzes the information forms which is subject to the CMPP3.0 Agreement, and classifies the information forms according to the direction of the information.Secondly, in this thesis, the demand for the function of the Communication Module of the Short Messages Gateway and a series of questions such as security system will be analyzed and studied. The way to design the Communication Module of the Short Messages Gateway based on the CMPP3.0 Agreement will be proposed. This system is carried out based on the integration development of Visual C++6.0. While putting forward the design of the structure of the system, it realize the information receiving and sending between SP and ISMG. The safty of the structure of the system will be guaranteed through identifying, authorizing and the control over the access. This system carries out the information receiving and sending by the asynchronism control over information, which deals with information efficiently. Meanwhile the system possess fine extenable quality and transplantability which make it convinient to redevelop soft ware according to the demand of SP.
