Since Web2.0 incepted in 2004, more and more sites has stepped into the road of Web2.0 because of its people-oriented principle, the characteristics of user participation, so Web2.0 has been developed rapidly. Web2.0 has become more mature, even emerged 2.0, Web3.0 and other new concepts. Therefore, evaluation of the site under Web2.0 is particularly important, not only can check whether success or not the website's transformation of 2.0 times, more importantly, may find problems and to better guide the development of the site.Information Architecture's mission is to organize information and design information environment, information space, or information architecture to meet the needs of those information needs. The quality of information architecture to some extent determines the success of the site, so the evaluation of the website can be constructed from the point of view of information architecture.This paper reviews the research situation of information architecture and website evaluation both domestic and international, analyzes the changes brought about Web2.0 on the network.Then, analysis of the impact of Web2.0 on the information services and the development of information architecture in the Web2.0 environment. Iin the new network environment, the ideological content and design all have new expansion, thus based on Rosenfeld's model of three circles, construct a new four-circle model which has"user"as the center with"content","environment","community"interacted.As the nature of different types of sites are different, assess can not be processed exactly on the same standards. Therefore, the paper selected a class of typical Website of information services - digital library site for specific research. This paper outlines the development of digital library Web site, and analyzes the application of Web2.0 in it. Then constructs a set of evaluation index system and to calculate and determine the weight of each index based on the basic ideas and principles of AHP and establishes the evaluation model using the thought of linear-weighted method. Finally take Digital Library Website of Chongqing University for an illustrative example, and put forward suggestions for improvement. The original data of weights roots in experts by judging the scoring matrix, and the original score of the third indicators level roots in the questionnaire to users.The research of this paper aims to provide reference to the evaluation of website base on information architecture under the environment of Web2.0.
