Circular saw is a one of wide-use cutting tools.To great the dynamic stability affects the cutting quality and service life in the high-speed cutting.The direct way remaining the saw blade dynamic stability is forming of appropriately distributive stress in the saw internal in advance,that is tension pretreatment for the saw blade(namely stress adjustment). Tension pretreatment includes detection and adjustment of axial deformation of saw blade. At present,China has been able to detect the axial deformation of saw blade by definite method and device.But it is considerably laggard at the technology of stress adjustment. The result is that the quality, life and cutting accuracy of saw are very low. The technical bottleneck of stress adjustment is control algorithm.So,it has important practical significance ,that deeply development of stess measurement system on the basis of the existing and study of control algorithm of stress adjustment.In this article,it studied deeply the relations between stress and strain and the suitable tensile state theory of saw blade.The theoretical basis of meaning saw stress by axial deformation of saw blade is given. It expresses the homogenization of tensional stress distribution and temper gender of saw blade,through detecting the axial deformation and end circle run-out that is each detecting point of certain radius circumference direction,under the circumstance of one spot being loaded,and then assessments tension pretreatment effect.This article has made the discussion and the research to the algorithm of stress adjustment,and proposed a algorithm based on the case-based reasoning.This algorithm uses the characteristic parameters in the process of the saw stress detection and adjustment as feature description of case,and uses nearest neighbor algorithm as the method of case retrieval.It enhances the accuracy and rapidity.It designed system flow and show that the implementation of basic links of case-based reasoning and general design scheme of stress adjustment system.It provided definite theoretical basis for the implementation of stress adjustment of saw blade.The article described the hardware circuit and software design,which use South Korea Samsung company's S3C2410 as main processor and use embedded Windows CE.net as operating system of the stress detection system.
