The Research Of Optimizing Method On Blast Furnace Producing Technique Index Based On Case-based Reasoning

It goes without saying that it is meaningful for getting ideal producing technique index of puddling with blast furnace. It means high output, saving energy, low cost and so on. At the same time, it is also the important criterion of evaluating the quality of the gas-flow distributing. Hence, it is very important to discuss how to adjust the manipulation of blast furnace. Thereby, we can get better gas-flow distributing and ideal producing technique index.This paper put forward a new method to get the most optimize gas-flow model by analyzing the traditional idea on expert system, that is, finding the operation system matching with the input ideal producing technique index. With it, people can get the most optimize gas-flow distributing model.Case-based reasoning (CBR) is, in essence, the use of past experiences as a basis for dealing with novel problems, which has been used successfully in many fields. The manipulating of blast furnace depending on engineering practice experiences in deeply sense is similar to CBR. The traditional rule express of knowledge is difficult, but CBR keep away from the bottle neck of rule express of knowledge by recalling past cases.
