System Of Customer Service And Maintenance Management Design And Implementation

In this paper we concern on Supply Chain Management environment's features and Customer service and maintenance management system's design and implementation to launch the research.In the paper we first consider the whole Supply Chain Management's sturcture, to analysis SCM environment's influence to Customer service and maintenance management system. Based on this, we put forward the service and maintenance management model based on the SCM's environment. This model optimizes business flow, guarantees all data's share in the SCM's every point. This model can help core company's all departments make deisions, and effiently put forword data of service and maintenance for other points on the chain. In this model, the complete SCM can response rapidly for the problems discovered from service and maintenance.Meanwhile, aim at core manufacturing company's needs, we start out form spare parts' comlpete lifecycle to analyzise the key problems of spare parts' four life stages. The stages are spare parts' design and produce stage, selction and assemble stage, maintain and repair stage and last, discard stage. Based on this, the paper draws into methods of data mining, designs mantenance analisis process, raise and implements algorithems of interrelated clustering and association rules. Then we can provide decision support to the departments of the company.At the end of this paper we expound the process of motor car industry's customer service and maintenance management system's design and implementation.
