Design And Implementation Of Integrated Test System In The Performance Monitoring System Of Aerocamera

The research object of the performance monitoring system of aerocamera is to design an aerocamera control system and a whole test device. This paper is on the background of designing the integrated test system in this monitoring system,including the 429 communication module ,the three axis'rate detector module and the integrated test system computer.First, in order to solve the problems of communication protocol difference between the test computer and Aerocamera in the monitoring system,a new ARINC429 bus communication-card based on the DSP and CPLD technique is designed, and in order to test the three axis's rate of the aerocamera,we also design a card .Based on the deeply analysis of all related signals, the corresponding hardware circuits and software are designed, and the correctness of the methods are verified by means of experiments.Secondly, this paper studies the corresponding knowledge of optimal control and according to these knowledge, the table timing curve are designed from two aspects, respectively,one is the least time control and the other is the least energy, which all ensure the table satisfied the position requirement.Thirdly, based on the understanding of the function which the integrated test system has, the virtual instrument software developing platform LabVIEW is adopted to design the integrated test system software to complete the measurement and test task with the hardware.Finally, after linking this integrated test system to other subsystem of the simulation system, the real experiments are performed. The experiments indicate that the designed hardware and software can achieve the requirements which the performance monitoring system of aerocamera asked the integrated test system to accomplish.
