The product process is the operation process of a series of organized manufacturing activities which is for the product completed. The relationship between the components of the manufacturing process can be found out and forecasted operating rules of the manufacturing process in the new strategy by modeling and analyzing the production manufacturing process. This thesis comes from"PTM2 system to support military factory"of base research of committee of technology and industry for national defense. The purpose is to describe, simulate, analyze and optimize the resources and behaviors of product manufacturing process by modeling the manufacturing process, so that the bottleneck of product manufacturing process can be find out and the manufacturing resource allocation can be optimized.Characteristics of the product manufacturing process are analyzed by the paper, and the product manufacturing process resource model is set up, which expresses the logic relation ship and the property between the key resources that are involved in the manufacturing process. The product manufacturing process action model is set up, the relation ship of order, concurrency, conflict is expressed through the state changing of resource elements and process elements. And by the basics, the hierarchical model of model production manufacturing process is set up, some specific actions and information of model production manufacturing process like machine action, material transferring and mission released etc are expressed through using hierarchical color Petri net, and structure characteristic and dynamic characteristic of the model are analyzed.In order to analyze the dynamic performance of manufacturing process model quantitative, the paper has designed the Petri net simulation of product manufacturing process. Based on the OO methods, the paper brought forward the computer simulation model of manufacturing process. The paper adopts minimum event scheduling methods to simulation the execute condition of the Petri net model of manufacturing process. To improve the effect of manufacturing process program and get the mechanical system bottlenecks and realize the optimization in manufacturing resource, the simulation results are analyzed and estimated.Based on the four-layer architecture, the prototype of the manufacturing process Petri net modeling and simulation system is developed. The modeling and the simulation test to manufacturing process of the type production machining shop all prove that the system can make a good achievement.
