The cable three-dimensional wiring is one of the important contents of the layoutdesign of electronic machines. The traditional cable wiring generally adopt the serialdesign mode, its e?ciency and accuracy are low. The computer aided virtual wiring hasovercome a series of malpractices of traditional manual wiring, enhanced the effciencyand the accuracy, but it also has many problems still remained unresolved, the spatialinterference then is one of the main problems. This paper systematically elaborated the principle and method to solve the spa-tial interference problem in virtual wiring, and thoroughly studied related essentialtechnologies.Firstly, according to the characteristics of electronic machine virtual wiring space, the paper improved interference checking algorithm based on envelops bounding box, upgraded its checking precision, and combined it with octree based principle of seekingthe smallest distance, to realize the spatial interference checking of virtual wiring inthe electronic machine, this method has given dual attention to the e?ciency and theprecision.Secondly, fully used the the superiority of the non-grid routing algorithm and theA* searching algorithm, extendedly applied the shape-based spatial division method intwo-dimensional space to the three-dimensional space, and improved the A* algorithmin its estimate function so as to it could competent for the searching of optimal path, this method enormously saved the search resource as well as time. Finally, in the UG platform, by means of joint further development, the flexiblecable wiring module of electronic machine was constructed, so as to verify the theorythrough practical application. The article confirmed the rationality of the softwarewith an example of virtual wiring in a typical electronic machine.
