With the development of computer network technology, the characteristics of the modern enterprise information system such as distribution, autonomy, heterogeneity is more and more obvious. So the emergence of distributed workflow system becomes inevitable. However, traditional distributed technologies typically have many shortcomings, such as large network load, low performance, so the emergence of mobile agent technology provides a good choice for building distributed workflow system.Mobile agent which has the characteristics of mobility, autonomy, heterogeneity, concurrency can effectively solve the problem of low performance caused by transferring data frequently and remote procedure calls. The migrating instance's mobility could improve the performance of the workflow management system, but it also bring new security risks to workflow system. So it is a key problem how to reduce security risks and ensure the security of migrating workflow system. The security risks in migrating workflow system can be divided into working place problems and migrating instance problems, so researches on the workflow security should include security assessment for the migrating workflow system in addition to the construction of appropriate protection mechanisms and security architecture.The paper emphatically discusses the threats of migrating instance, and then proposes a migrating instance integrity risk evaluation model. According to the evaluation criteria about information technology, we establish the evaluation index system. To protect the safety of migrating instance, we construct an evaluation migrating instance to complete index collection, and use the negative selection algorithm to detect the integrity of the evaluation migrating instance. We can classify the migrating instance into different types according to the different tasks. We create a task template based on the task's repetitive feature for each type of task in the workflow. Changing task template for evaluating migrating instance can reduce the unpredictability of the execution process and avoid constructing costimulatouy signal which required for integrity detecting. The detecting method of traditional immune algorithm has a low efficiency problem that can not meet the demands of the rela-time detection. So a method based on detection tree for detecting the legality of the antigen is proposed and used for detecting integrity which effectively improves the detection efficiency. Finally, this paper gives the method to compute the integrity risk of migrating instance based on common risk calculation model.This paper puts forward an integrity risk evaluation model and realizes it based on a lot of researches on the migrating instance integrity risk assessment, and the model provides decision-making for migrating instance to select secure routing.
