With the increasing development of the Internet, e-Recruiting has become an important recruitment mode, and people also attach great importance to it, and talent recruitment management also demands to be more and more fast and efficient in information tide. This paper analyses the recruitment industry's actual needs and business flows, and in order to standardize recruitment flow and implement cross-boundary centralized management, design and realize enterprise recruitment system which is fit for recruitment needs of iSoftStone Company. Recruitment in the company will be on a new level by using this system.This paper, according to the status quo of domestic talent recruitment and traits of iSoftStone's recruitment, puts forward the general objectives to the system, and adopts prototype system to capture requirements. With a use case driven approach, this article establishes use case models for system's functional requirements, and focuses on analyzing recruitment flow management and resume import management in order to obtain system's requirements and design guidelines.This paper puts forward system's whole architecture on the basic of system's requirement analysis. According to traits of the company's recruiting work, this article analyses the design of network architecture to support cross-boundary centralized management mode of recruiting work, and analyses B/S-based three-tier application structure of the system by software layered technology, and also analyses functional structure of the system by discussing the composition of each part, and finally analyses security framework of the system in five aspects, such as physical security, network security, system security, application security and management security.This paper does the system's design in detail with tools of RUP and UML. In the overall design of application system, this article analyses the design of three tiers by package diagram of UML including user interface, business logical, and data of the system, and then describes database design, system modules design, and user interface design by the bottom-up method according to the package diagram. In the analysis of database design, this paper uses entities of the class diagram to map tables and entities' association mapping to design database of the system. In the analysis of system modules design, this paper focus on analyzing detailed design of recruitment flow management and resume import management, using class diagram to establish static model and adopting sequence diagram, activity diagram, state diagram to establish dynamic model of the system. In the analysis of user interface design, this paper takes preliminary interview of recruitment flow management as an example to describe user interface design and interface standards.This paper achieves the development of enterprise recruitment system in C# language on .NET platform, and focuses on the realization of recruitment flow management and resume import management. In the description of the realization of recruitment flow management, this article takes preliminary appointment as an example to analyze realization process of this module and processing method of resume multiflow management. In the description of the realization of resume import management, this paper mainly describes realization method and process of the function that resumes are imported automatically from company mailbox into enterprise recruitment system. Furthermore, this article introduces the system's user interface test, functional test, performance test, and adopts the method of ODC (Orthogonal Defect Classification) to analyze defects targeted, and effectively guides the system's test.The result of enterprise recruitment system's test shows that the system is good for iSoftStone Company to meet the need of recruiting business, and it also achieves the expected goal of the system's design on overall performance.
