Working process management system in Jigang heavy plate mill is the information management system located the workshop tier between the top plan management system and the bottom industry control, which provides the current condition of the execution of plans,tracking and resource (i.e. people,equipment,material,customers' needing) for the handlers and managers. Also it is information system facing the product and the execution, offering the key coupling for ERP and controlling system. It can execute the production plan ordered by planning level automatically, extract the accurate information from the real time database collected for ERP, and make all information system and departments related with products work closely and operate in harmony in order to make the largest profits.This paper is based on Jigang heavy plate mill System Administration Module, and the designing and the execution of the project. It proposes the execution strategy,system plan and frame according to real status of the product line for Heavy Plate Mill and researches in depth the system characteristic,function,key technology,the software construction the interface,the network construction and the database design. It adopts the up-to -down design thought to define the function module, analyze and conclude the functions, such as used the OOAD method to design the Rolling work management, the purifier treatment work management, the Roller management, the Slab store management, the Running real time management, the Indication of the Plan management and the other management, and they are efficiently applied to system realization.It mainly describes the functions as follows:1. Analysis of the working management by OOADAccording to the production process of the Heavy plate mill, to analyze the data and model, to realizes the model management, describes the relations of the actor with use case and illustration and makes the function requirement and non-function requirement.2. Design of the network structure, the software structure and the function structure. 3 . Design the HMI interface and application function for the working management systemAccording to the specification of the working process of the Heavy Plate Mill production line, abstract seven parts which is the Rolling work management, the purifier treatment work management, the Roller management, the Indication of the Plan management and the other management. Using the UML method it described the design. For example, the rolling work management model, it includes the plan of the charging slab, the charging slab input; the roller management system include the roller input and the mount of the rollers; the mathematic of the production plan; the report of the production etc.4. Unify the interface with the PCS system and ERP system.The interface is designed and implemented with the PCS system, and ERP system .It is analyzed the model of the transmit information and the telegram design as well as take out the detailed implement.
