The Application Research Of NGN Carrying Network

NGN, namely New Generation Network, whose ultimate objective is to build a system to supply the voice, data and media services at the same time, is a combinative network who combines communications, government affairs, commerce and entertainments as a whole to satisfy personal communicating. As being the highlight of the next generation Communicated Network, NGN has been stepped into the commercial field, followed by the development of the Communication business. At present, almost every domestic communicated operator has the commercial network built with NGN.This paper starts with the professional features of NGN, then introduces NGN and its key techniques and discusses the requests of its Carrying Network, through where comes the researches of the key techniques of the Carrying Network and points out that it is necessary to separate the NGN business and the Internet business as being needed. It also analyses the influence to several key techniques of the Carrying Network and simply compares the Physical Separation to the Logical Separation from the points of their technologies and costs.This article is focus on establishing a Carrying Network of NGN which provides various kinds of telecommunication and the future business. The NGN of TJCNC is a network which runs some important telecommunicating business such as NGN, 3G or IPTV, and in this article, the point of establishing a NGN has been profoundly studied. Now, the IP Digital Network is not suitable to carry business of NGN due to its security and its capability for developing and actualizing the business. Therefore, it is feasible to build a new and professional IP network to be the Carrying Network of NGN in respect of both economy and technology.In order to explain more about realization the Carrying Network of NGN, the author uses router Bell 7750 SR of Shanghai combined with recent requests in Tianjin to plan the router of NGN and to protect strong and to explain specifically the realization of QOS. The author also presents the planning of both the existing NGN and the available IP network. In principle the two platforms will be connected to work together, and the central core connects them. After the business of NGN operation, it will be sent to the different business platform for different clints or business as well as different quality services.At present, the carrying Network of NGN has been operated in practice, and it will be improved and developed on new condition of operation and business in future time.
