It has been 30 years since the"748"project implemented, Huaguang and Founder electronic publishing system have occupied domestic publishing and printing industry market. Due to different publishing result file form and output interface, these systems can't be compatible and users have to use two typesetting systems simultaneously. Own to the fund restriction, many users usually have one set of expensive output equipment–precise laser typesetter. It is commonplace to destroy the typesetting system which is worth ten thousand Yuan and destroy output equipment which is worth hundred thousand Yuan due to the operators'switch manually on typesetting. Therefore, market cry for the precise laser typesetting universal intelligent output control system, which can link up with these two systems and the precise laser typesetter.This thesis researches the software degsign and realization of the Precise Laser Typesetting Universal Intelligent Output Control System. It can be widely used on the publishing and printing industry, improves technical competitiveness for laser typesetting users, through technology innovative. So it has good economic and social benefits.The research on this system involves software development, hardware development and system assembly. The system has functions of manual and semiautomatic traditional shared device, and eliminates output errors as well. What's more, it adds signal auto-recognition, auto-control and related safety functions which haven't been owned by mechanical device and consequently improve the output quality of films. Thus it can be used for different types of laser typesetters.The system mainly links to laser typesetter of American ECRM series which is the most widely used in China, and adopts 89C52 to control. It also links up with Huaguang and Founder publishing system, automatically scans control signal enable pin of RIP. It can start automatically with start-up of publishing system and also can be on manually. It adopts double-symbol-competing technology, scans and judges publishing signal of RIP (or Power RIP). Publishing ways can be chosen flexibly with manual start-up and engineering, manual start-up and automatic engineering, automatic start-up and manual engineering, automatic start-up and engineering. The output model can be chosen with LOCAL, REMOTE and SERIAL according to the concrete conditions.The software design of this system adopts modularized structured programming, contains main program module, several subprogram modules and interrupt service module, which makes full use of 89C52's advantages of C programming language.This optimum design brings system developing speed, software executive speed, software quality, structural preciseness and programming firmness etc. into great play.The reliability of software is the ability to accomplish the set function in the stated condition and stated time, which is quite important to the product's quality.The mainly used method to come true reliability is system tolerant design, and the mainly measures is redundancy. The often used redundancy techniques are framework redundancy, information redundancy, time redundancy and redundancy affixation technology. Time redundancy is to eliminate the affection that instantaneous fault takes through repeating the instruction (instruction repeat execution) or the process (program repeat computing).Time redundancy is in common use in software reliability. This thesis mainly discussed the idea of time redundancy design, analyses the traditional design methods of time redundancy, provides the betterment method, designs and accomplishes the technique of instruction repeat and wait for re-judging technique, ensure the reliability of the system.The anti-jamming technique of software is the method to keeps the system running normally after disturbed or the method to eliminate the false and retain the true after disturbed. People attach more importance to the anti-jamming technique because of the design agility, saving hardware resources, and easy to manipulate. Anti-jamming technique mainly contains software head off(software trap, etc.), input symbols re-checking, output data renew, digital filter, program self-checking, etc. This thesis mainly discusses the design idea of software head off, deeply analyses the NOP and software trap. Discuss above through the experimental data. Accomplish concretely realization through software design, improve the software's quality.
