LBS(Location Based Service) is a very hot information service in recent years. It collects the location information using a set of locate technology, and supplies them to the mobile terminate users or the communicate system, in order to accomplish varies of business that related to location. LBS combines database technology, electronic map platform, locating technology, Internet technology and wireless communicating technology. As it has a bright perspective for future applications, numbers of countries and companies believe that it will bring large raise of economy.Based on a service-oriented and simultaneous location perspective, this article discusses the structure of the level of LBS system under this framework in detail, also does lots of research of the various entities in this framework from the perspective of role, task, etc. Then, we have intensive discussions on the general framework of LBS system based on web service and bluetooth GPS, and from the server and client, respectively, the technical perspective, in terms of hardware resources and the environment, present an extendable, highly efficient, feasible technology solution. The client is based on J2ME platform and server is based on the J2EE platform. On server side, we use prevailing web service framework in order to realize the formulation and issue of web service, and adopt WAP-based wireless application to realize the functions of user management.On client side , we use three layers' architecture in order to realize distributed development. Firstly, we use object-oriented design thinking to organize Midlet application program; Secondly, we use multiple interface strategy to invoke web services, which improve the scalability of the system. Thirdly, we use bluetooth protocol stack and JABWT to get GPS data from bluetooth GPS device. At last , we use http protocol to get maps from map server such as Yahoo and MSN, and then use painting function of J2ME to show the map.Finally, in order to better illustrate the proposed framework in this article, the author specifically discusses the achievement of the program combining with a practical LBS system. The final results show that the solution is efficient, reliable and universal.The research of this thesis is a part of the project"Research for the method of AUV autonomous navigation based on fuzzy reinforcement learning, simultaneous location and mapping", which is supported by the Key Project of Science and Technology of Shandong Province. The system realized the functions of location and mapping which have been well applied.
