Design And Implementation Of The Public Security Intelligence Analysis System

Along with the in-depth advancement of public security information construction in my province, Public Security Organs have accumulated large amounts of fundamental information and data, eager to carry out the deep-level mining information, give full play to the value of intelligence information, and serve for public security actual combat. Information Analysis System, based on concentration and integration of my province public security fundamental data, discovers the Inherent law of data through a variety of mining, analysis model help, thus finally realizes the deeper utilization of data and plays an important role in supporting leadership's decision-making and directing grassroots' practice.Around Information Analysis System construction, this thesis completed the following objectives:1. It has analyzed the public security application system construction situation, done an in-depth research on business needs of the Police Station, the Criminal Investigation, Traffic Control, Law and Order, Patrol Police, the Command and Control Center and so on.2. Combining with the general objective of the public security information comprehensive application system, which suggested by the Golden Shield Project Phase II, it has designed the information analysis system structure.3. It has had a detailed design on the data synchronization engine, the cleaning integration module, the intelligence analysis module, information dissemination module and the system management module in the Information Analysis System. The point is I have established the different analysis model on the basis of theme database, in accordance with the different business needs and operational characteristics. Finally I lay out the applied achievements.The main contributions of the thesis are:The instauration of Information Analysis System has achieved a comprehensive resources database, combined the information that under the different management level and scattered in different business department into integrated information, accomplished information sharing and the exchange between department or district, and then actualize information analysis and judgment.Through applies in the WuHai Public Security Bureau's actual combat, Information Analysis System enhance the whole city public security organ's level of unified command, rapid reaction and coordinated operations, then achieve the goal of the "services lead decision-making, guiding grassroots actual combat" . It has played a positive role in the public security actual combat.
