The advanced level of blending control system in tank farm is one of the main signs to incarnate the modernization of it. There are many kinds of ethanol gasoline blending distributing oil control systems abroad, the control accuracy of which is higher, but it costs too much. The operation models of oil blending are different in our country, so do the levels. With the development of the petroleum industry and the aggravation of the international market competition, the automation level of existing oil blending control system is unable to satisfy needs of production. It is urgent to improve automation level of oil blending distributing in tank farm in the development of petroleum industry of our country. So it is necessary to design a new cheap blending control system.Tank farm belongs to burnable and explosion environment, dynamoelectric valve used in general blending system as the actuator of Ethanol gasoline blending system can hardly satisfy the need of explosion. And it's too expensive to use the explosion dynamoelectric valve. So Electro-hydraulic Valve is used as flow control component of distributing oil system in tank farm nowadays. Although it reduces system price, the control is hard to achieve. Since Electro-hydraulic Valve is a nonlinear execution unit, it's easy to answer the need of blending ratio by adjusting it frequently. Because the film of Electro-hydraulic Valve is easy to broken, the times that we can use is reduced. Although the useful time can be prolonged, it's hard to answer the need of blending ratio.The control algorithm of fuzzy neural network optimization does not depend on the establishment of the accurate mathematics model of controlled object, because of this character; the fuzzy neural network optimization control has got wide applications in nonlinear control system. The paper designs control scheme based on neural network optimization control and fuzzy control, the control accuracy of blending ratio satisfy request on the basis of reducing Electro-hydraulic Valve operation times.The paper introduces process flow of ethanol gasoline blending distributing oil control systems and location equipment briefly, and constructs ethanol gasoline blending distributing oil control systems. The hardware part of distributing oil control systems has been achieved by using PLC configuration, and the design of management monitoring system has been achieved by using configuration software.
