As a tool for artificial intelligence's investigation, Artificial NeutralNetworks (ANN) was applied to many domains in physical science widely now. Liquorblending was traditional arts and crafts in China's liquor production. Now weuse ANN as a tool to study liquor blending, and we think it's a new and profitableexplore. There are four focuses in this paper: (1) we designed a MIS for the liquor'sinformation about chemistry components, and liquor's fingerprints also beenprotracted. (2) An interface between our MIS and MATLAB was sated up, to translatedata from one to another. (3) In the MATLAB's workaround, we designed BParithmetic to enumerate the relationship among the liquor's information data.(4) A linear programming arithmetic was designed to resolve the question of theoptimize liquor blending method. At the last in this paper, we summarize allworks and bring forward new works need to do in the future. |
