Development And Research Of Part SPC System For International Cooperation Program

With coming of information era, development, application and implementation of CIMS information technology based on the computer and network has greatly propelled the development of the scientific technology, which has decreased the labor load of operators so as to make the ideal working status possible.This thesis introduces the main problems existing in the quality control for the international cooperation programs of XAC, indicates the importance and necessity for developing this system. Through discussing on importance of SPC technology, the development methods and procedures are finally determined.By incorporating the actual examples during the quality control for the international cooperation programs in XAC, this thesis stipulates the detailed and actual system analysis, design of system information flow, design of system integral structural, description of system functions and function model design of system. Finally, the customer/server system structural is selected, the software and hardware of the system is configd reasonably and the developing tools of the system are optimized, which realized the control system of the key characteristics for the international cooperation programs.The system developed not only optimizes the conventional control system, but also realizes the scientific and effective management for redundant data information in the process of quality control. Successful development of the system not only realizes the control for key characteristics in the international program, but also realizes standardization and procedures of quality information for the international cooperation program. In this way, quality cost can be reduced greatly and the operation efficiency improved and labor load decreased so as to facilitating improvement of enterprise's benefits.
