Ontology as the information layer of the Semantic Web, used to describe a concept in the area as well as the linkages between them. It is the basis of solve the sharing and exchange in semantic level of Web information. These vary ontologies, although the bulk of the same description of the area, because they are different areas of the level of description and inevitably contain duplicate information, which gives the interaction between different ontology reuse and bring a lot of difficulties. Ontology integration has become an inevitable solution to this problem means. This thesis will import Ontology projects related concepts, and related technology integrated into the ontology integration System.Ontology for the specific areas of integration Ontology Construction work, using ontology concepts related to its object and attributes to describe. In the thesis of the integration work involved in the Semantic Web and Ontology research, mapping and similarity calculation model conducted in-depth discussions and, based on this detailed account of the electronic ontologies integration of the specific process, which involved in its key technologies and the realization. In this thesis, the experiment achieved based on the OWL format. Analyze the features of OWL files, then extract the main informations and display with tree structure.Through elements levels and the structural levels methods, import Wordnet to get lexical semantic relations to carry on the ontology integration operation, use of statistical methods to eliminate the discrepancy between words. Based on these principles mentioned above, it can develop ontology integration tools for the same field. Users of the system adopted the proposed options, will be integrated two Ontology into an integrity ontology, so achieve the interaction and reuse between the different ontologies.
