Along with the medicine and the technical unceasing development, the tumor target has received internationally, the domestic universal attention to the treatment, and obtained the widespread application. In carries on cryocare targeted therapy to the tumor treatment before, we must be clear about the tumor shape and the tumor size and with the periphery blood vessel and other organ relations, can formulate the reasonable treatment plan. In the ordinary circumstances cryocare targeted therapy system carries on in B-mode ultrasonography either the CT image or under the MRI image guidance. Because the image formation principle is different, CT and MRI reflected the human body the information also respectively has the stress, therefore uses the single modality image formulation the target to the treatment plan is not comprehensive, realizes the tumor pinpointing localization with difficulty. The image fusion technology may extract the useful information from in the different modality image, the rejection redundancy, therefore the image fusion technology in the tumor treatment the more and more vital role.Through the investigation and study, this article mainly studies CT and the MRI image fusion algorithm and the image fusion application. In the image fusion algorithm aspect, proposed based on the PCA weighted sum wavelet transformation image fusion method, and has carried on the experiment. In the image fusion application aspect, for the assistance cryocare targeted therapy system, has conducted the thorough research to the tumor segmentation technology and the tumor measurement technology, and has carried on the experiment. Through this article research not only may assist doctor to make a more reasonable targeted therapy plan but also helpful to tumor pinpoint localization in the targeted therapy surgery.
