With the rapid development of network technologies, networks are becoming more and more complicated as the scale of networks are expanding, new applications are emerging, and the heterogeneity of networks is deepening. It is necessary to monitor networks traffic in real time and manage networks online. Network measurement can be classified into active measurement and passive measurement. According to whether test packets are injected into networks. Network traffic measurement belongs to passive measurement technology. Through network traffic measurement, we can obtain the details of the traffic, such as link utilization, the distribution of the different protocols, the distribution of packet size, and so on. It will guide the maintainer and management of networks and facilitate the design of networks.Several years recently, in order to satisfy the popular trend of high education, many domestic universities augment their scale bringing about a lot of problems step by step concerning training in multi-campus, education resource distribution dispersed, low-rate information transmission, low precision, no enough working efficient. Digitized campus construction not only services for high education research and management with facility information, but also realizes the fact training time, space, content; means and form are opened deeply. It improves the university capability to train and research, also manage as well. Therefore, how to keep digitized campus design and construction advanced. How to take advantage of digitized campus further more is one important subject facing us now.Firstly, this thesis introduces the basic concept and correlative theories of network traffic and network behavior subject. Secondly, the thesis presents several important components of the research in traffic behavior, which includes network measurement and traffic analysis. The techniques adopted in this thesis are emphasized. This article makes proposes Internet backbone traffic supervision technology, which is based on sFlow technology, and discusses how to adopt protective measures against abnormal Internet sFlow. It first analyzes the advantages for adopting sFlow technology to supervise the Internet sFlow . Then, the thesis describes the whole process of analyzing the traffic behavior through the example of the campus LAN traffic in this project, which includes designing and realizing an experimental system, gathering traffic data, analyzing traffic behavior. This article is valuable reference for whole Internet operation.
