Bridge was always under morbid state because of overload and overrun.,and lack ofoutlay.Safe driving on the old bridge is especially paid close attention to,lots of bridges collspseboth at home and abroad,sound the alarm for engineers.Recently,Bridge on-time monitoring is auseful on line monitor system , which becoming the most lively field of research and involvedmanysubjects and technology.It also can help people realize the state of health clearly when thebridgeisunderusing.Wavelet theory is a very fast developing subject,it is a hot spots of many researchfields.This text commentate the present research situation of the bridge monitoringboth at homeand abroad overall and systematic in the first,and provide the component part and procedure ofwork of the bridge on-time monitoring system,and then detailed introduce the concept of thewavelet and its many satisfying characteristics of time-frequency localization andmulti-resolving power and the fessibility of apply on the bridge on-time monitoring system.Itprovides the ability of the wavelet in reject noise and analyse sudden change signal bysingularity detection with Matlab and Ansys emulate test.Finally combine scene test of threebridges,analyse the signals of the structure's vibration by wavelet,determine the damages byobserve the signal picture of different scales.Owing to good computation efficiency of themethod ,on-line analysis can be finished in bridge health monitoring system by set a damageindexcoefficient.
