Research On E-learning-based Training System

With the rapid development of information-based education and the wide spread of specialization of teachers, Educational Technology Ability is becoming a basic requirement. In this case, the Educational Technology training of education faculty gets more and more attention, and kinds of researches and practices surround the topic are being carried out all over the country.While various kinds of training have got some success, the training system also have corresponding problems. The obvious contradiction between work, study and the shortcomings of the traditional face-to-face training of its own and a lesson from distance learning make a trend that we should create e-learning training system which can make teachers solve practical problems never to venture past his tiny backyard. This paper wants to create an e-learning-based training system for teachers to improve the training.Starting from the characters of higher education faculty, associating with Standard requirements of educational technology and specialization of education faculty, this paper analyzes the present problems in training, advice to create an e-learning-based training system. I made a analysis of training needs and e-learning system needs by the study of document. This paper creates a new e-learning-based training system enclosure.At last, taking some teachers of NNU as the objects of research, cooperating with metc of NNU, we tested the e-learning-based training system, investigated the faculty in the training, then obtained some experiences, aiming at giving some help for further research on educational training of faculty.
